Hagan Internal Polling Memo

Among their key findings:
• Hagan has weathered a barrage of attacks from Dole and third parties, and is in excellent position to win against an incumbent whose support measures have plummeted, and who struggles to break 40% of the vote.
• Dole’s support measures fell sharply in late summer, and have now stagnated in dangerous territory.
• Dole’s popularity rating is approximately 1:1 (46% favorable / 45% favorable), and her job rating is now net-negative (42% positive / 49% negative).
