Everyone should be able to vote

The North Carolina legislature just passed a law that limits the ability to vote. It erases a week of early voting. It stops pre-registration of high schoolers. It ends same-day voting registration and restricts people’s ability to vote by provisional ballot.

Limiting the ability to vote is directly against North Carolina values. Let the legislature know you stand with Kay Hagan in support of voting rights for all eligible voters.

Members of the North Carolina legislature:

Whether you do it 2 weeks early or wait until the last minute, no matter where you live, whether you’re 18 or 85 — everyone should be able to vote.

The law you passed is completely out of touch. The right to vote is one of the most basic, bedrock principles of our democracy. And we need to protect it.

I stand with Kay Hagan against limits on access to voting.
