GoBlueRidge.net: Early Poll Shows Hagan Ahead of Dole by a Nose

Republican Senator Elizabeth Dole is trailing her opponent, Kay Hagan, 50 to 45 percent, according to Demacrocy Corps, a Washington D.C.-based organization.

Democracy Corps reported that less than half of voters are familiar with Hagan, but Dole received just a 38 percent approval rating of the job she is currently doing as Senator.

This survey only shows the opinion of a small slice of residents, as was given to 852 North Carolininians who are likely to vote in November’s election.
