WSPA: History Made in NC Senate Race

History was made tonight in the US Senate race in North Carolina. Two women will run for the seat in November. State Representative Kay Hagen easily won the Democratic race for Senate, while incumbent Elizabeth Dole garnered close to 90 percent of the vote. Dole was the first female to win that seat in state history.
