Friday in Charlotte: Kay Registers Voters, Discusses College Affordability, Economic Success with Students at UNC Charlotte

GREENSBORO, N.C. – State Senator and U.S. Senate Candidate Kay Hagan (D-Guilford) will be in Charlotte on Friday to continue talking about her new education plan for “Stronger Schools, Successful Students” as a part of her “Best Interests, Not the Special Interests” tour that has taken her all over North Carolina. Kay will join the UNC Charlotte College Democrats as they register voters and spread the word about Kay’s campaign. A key component of Kay’s education plan includes making college a more affordable reality for hardworking students, so that they may go on and pursue a career of their choosing without being saddled with student loan debt.
