Labor Day Weekend: Kay, Hagan Family Attend Nearly 20 Events across North Carolina

GREENSBORO, N.C. – State Senator and U.S. Senate Candidate Kay Hagan (D-Guilford) and her family will celebrate this Labor Day weekend in communities all over North Carolina. Kay, her husband, Chip, and her children, Tilden and Carrie, will be talking to voters and spreading the word about her exciting campaign in towns from Murphy to Oak Island and several communities in between.
Kay will start the weekend on Saturday in Polk County at the Third Anniversary Festival at the Green Creek Winery in Columbus and continue to Gastonia for the Gaston County Democratic Jubilee. She will end Saturday in Lenoir at the Historic Happy Valley Old Time Fiddlers’ Convention. On Sunday, Kay will be in Beech Mountain to be a judge at the Mile High Kite Festival. On Labor Day, Kay will walk in parades in Charlotte and Hendersonville.
