Wednesday in CLT: Kay with Rep. Clyburn to Unveil Her Minority Empowerment Plan

GREENSBORO, N.C. – State Senator and U.S. Senate Candidate Kay Hagan (D-Guilford) will unveil her Minority Empowerment Plan in Charlotte on Wednesday as a part of her “Best Interests, Not the Special Interests” tour that has taken her around the state talking about her plans to invest in the right priorities for North Carolina. Congressman Mel Watt and Congressman and House Majority Whip James E. Clyburn, from South Carolina, will be campaigning with Kay to talk about her plan to ensure that all Americans have an equal opportunity to attend good schools, earn a solid living, and be treated with dignity and respect. Other leaders in the Charlotte community will also be present to campaign with Kay.
