The weather's warmer, the days are longer, and everybody loves a picnic! Kay has a wonderful family - her husband, Chip, and her children Jeanette, Tilden and Carrie. Their support and commitment have been priceless throughout the campaign and they're always up for doing anything the campaign needs. But it's not just Kay's immediate family – it's her extended family – local Democrats who have volunteered their own time – who have helped her campaign as well. They've helped her through the primary and are phonebanking, canvassing and spreading the word now about her campaign and record of results. This is a way for Kay and her family to thank local Democrats and their families for all they've done and continue to do to help her beat Elizabeth Dole and fix what's broken in Washington.
